The diameter of the steel fiber has great impact on the performance of its function, such as dispersion and ratio. At certain size, the diameter of the steel fiber will not improve the stretchability as distinctly as before. The high-strength micro wire fiber, with diameter of 0.18-0.25mm, and length of 12-15mm, belongs to the fine and short fiber, which has tensile strength of 2880MPa. It can be distributed inside the concrete to prevent the tiny cracks to expand and deter the occurrence of large cracks.
