GK-3B Accelerator(Liquid)GK-3B accelerator(liquid),sodium aluminate as main component, can harden the concrete in a shot time, avoid dust pollution caused by powdery accelerator and ameliorate the construction condition applied to standard JC477-2005
★The main technical parameter
●Physical and chemical performance: acidic liquids,density:1.40-1.50g/cm3
●The recommended dosage of this product is 6-8%,the optimal dosage shall be best and confirmed by the cement adaptation testing before using
●Initial setting time:≤4 min, final setting≤10 min
★Application
●According to the difference of cement varieties, dosage, water cement ratio, it can be adjusted the admixture dosage to get suitable setting function and the concrete physical properties.
●The temperature of environment affects the setting rate and early-age performance of shotcrete. The admixture dosage shall be adjusted and confirmed by testing according to the performance requirement and environment condition.
●Do not be used mixed with other accelerators, if need to use another kind of accelerator, please clean the whole equipment with water.
●Faintly acid, slightly corrosive effect, Avoid prolonged contact with skin, if splashed on the skin, please clean with water immediately
★Package and Storage
●Package: 200 litre/per plastic barrel,1000litre/per plastic barrel, in bulk or packing according to clients’ requirement.
●Storage: guarantee period is half year, if reached its expiration date, please inspect and test the products before using, avoiding direct sunlight, paying attention to damp proof and waterproof

●Avoid contact with skin, please wash immediately with clear water when the product contacts with skin and yes, it should be timely taken medical treatment if any allergies and other adverse reactions happened.
